The XIV AMSE-AMCE-WAER Congress held in Santiago, Chile, on 10-14 May 2004. Over 600 participants attended the congress, including 26 countries.

The first volume of the AMSE-AMCE-WAER Newsletter, called “Educational Research around the World”, Electronic bulletin. This bulletin will be published three or four time a year, in English, French and Spanish.
